Vampires v.s Werewolves

Right, I have been set the topic of vampires vs werewolves and there could not be any other topic that is harder for me to think about. I think in general, most people are all for vampires mainly because the way Stephenie Meyer portrays them as the utimate monster you want to become. I mean, come on! Every teenage girl (and boy for that matter) wants to be stunningly gorgeous and have a hunk of a boyfriend. She shows them as having all of that (even down to the fast cars and designer clothes). It only increases our want and to be entirely frank desire to be something that we cannot.

Whereas, the werewolves. They are shown as the roughens. She always describes them as wearing no clothes or shoes which to a huge percentage of us doesn't sound that appealing. We like having smooth undersides to our feet rather than hard hobbit like feet. Also, who always wants to be tired? Don't we all dream of the day when we gain another 10 or so hours? The wolves don't have them but the vamps do! But there is something that Jacob has that I (and this could just be me who thinks this but...) think that Edward doesn't. He has the ablity to understand Bella. He knows when he has pushed it too far and doesn't push it again. I know a lot of people feel major hatred for that werewolf but I don't. I think he stuck to his guns all the way through and never tried to hide who he was or how we felt because, c'mon girls, we all want a guy who is straight with us!!!!

Okay, my rant is over :). Phew.

Qoute of the day: I was stunned by the unexpected electricity that flowed through me, amazed that it was possible to be more aware of him than I already was. A crazy impulse to reach over and touch him, to stroke his perfect face just once in the darkness, nearly overwhelmed me.Bella Swan, Twilight, Chapter 11, p.219

bonjour

Hello. I am Frances a.k.a. british-bella (don't ask) and as you can tell from the name, I am English. Yes. I have a funny accent but no I have never met the queen. Lol. No-one has! I am also a co-author of this blog and my fanfiction is http://www.fanfiction.net/u/1510230/.

Both of the other two said what they are good at but I am sat here trying to think what I am good at but failing miserably. I suppose I am 'clever' whatever that means and quite sporty. I swim and play tennis but am not very good. I spend majority of my time either at home on the computer or around at someone's house on their computer. Lol.

Yes. The name. My idea. Literally translated means 'twilight mist'.

Seeing as though Nicole has decided to slate breaking dawn, I will explain why I have grown to love it. We all talk about Twilight as if it is our's and yes, it does matter what happens to me, but it is utimately up to Stephenie Meyer. I would actually take my hat off to her because no-one saw that coming which is why there is so much controversy around it. I will freely admit that I did phone my friend and rant about it but having read it more than once again since, I now see the geniuousity of it. Can anyone honestly sit there and go, I predicted that plot?

Okay, I am done now. Phew

Holaaa(:

Helloooooo, peoplee. I am one of the co-authors for this Twilight blog.

My name is Nicole and I write fanfiction. That's actually how I came to co-create this blog.
http://www.fanfiction.net/~ohmahgawditsnicole is the link if you want to read.

Hmm. Well, I am uber-obsessed with music and writing. I was referred to Twilight by my best friend. She kept bugging me about this whole vampire book, and since I had already been open to the whole "vampire" idea, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, I decided to read it. I finished the first three books in four days and I had to wait two months for Breaking Dawn. *First Things First* I AM TEAM EDWARD(: Totally, and completely.

ON WITH IT:
I started out with Twilight and was hooked. Eclipse was my favorite, I repressed most of New Moon, literally, because it didn't have Edward in it, and I hated Breaking Dawn.
I felt like BD just didn't have great timing. I mean, SMeyer is amazing, of course. But...
*SPOILERS* Don't read this section if you haven't read Breaking Dawn Yet.

...she made this whole big deal about Bella getting pregnant, Reneesme being born, and how her birth caused so much controversy in the VampWorld, and then it just ended happy. Oh, and the whole Jacob & Edward rivalry was just solved, all because of Jacob imprinting on Reneesme. I wasn't too upset about that, but it was just kinda weird how it all got solved.
No war, one death, (of a minor character, at that,) and too much Sci-Fi.
I liked how the end was written, even though I thought that it was too much of a happy ending, however.

Anywaysssss. You guys probably don't want to hear me rant about my Breaking-Dawn-Hatred.

The other authors of this blog are SoWhat, who is also known as My smile is my tears on fanfiction, and british-bella, which isn't her name on here, but her name on FF. I don't know what her name on here is, yet. -oops-
Sorr-rayyy.

Hmm.
So this blog is all about Twilight, I guess. Info about Twilight, opinions on Twilight, etc.
If you have any questions about Twilight, ask us. I'm sure one of us will have the answer to it.
(:
So this is just a starter blog. Y'know, to introduce myself. Pleaseeeee check out my stories on FanFiction, again, here is the link:
http://www.fanfiction.net/~ohmahgawditsnicole, and please subscribe to this bloggg(:

Oh, and a little fact about the name of this blog: Crepuscule Brouillard is Twilight Mist in French. Cool name, huh? It was all SoWhat's idea(:

Twilight Quote of the Day (Or night. depending on where you live):
"I can do this, I lied to myself feebly. No one was going to bite me."
-Bella Swan, Twilight.

I picked this quote, mainly because it's just a bit ironic. I mean, she was afraid of someone biting her, and yet, she spent all of the time after meeting the Cullens, trying to convince one of them to bite her.
:D

Alrighty-o.
I'm outttt.
(:
Your turnn, guys.

-Nicolee.
